Ms.  Zhao, CPA, offers tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, their families, businesses of all sizes. Her specialties include real estate investment funds, subchapter S corporations, privately held investment partnerships, professional service firms with an emphasis on law firms, and accounting and tax work for small and mid-sized business entities.  Yao has extensive experience with preparing taxes and estate planning for partners in professional service firms, and the diverse and international needs family offices whose clients’ own properties located throughout the United States. 

EDUCATION

Zhao graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stockton University and has a master’s in financial accounting from Rutgers University.
