Ms. Chan is an Audit Partner with diverse audit and attestation experience. Her clients include a wide range of private equity funds, venture capital funds, technology, health care, and professional service firms. Ms. Chan’s experience includes expertise on audits and business advisory engagements for not-for-profit organizations with a focus on grantmaking foundations, public charities, and membership organizations.

Ms. Chan advises on clients’ financial, operational and tax matters, and provides effective recommendation on internal control structures and best practices.
