Mr. Perelson was Managing Partner Emeritus. Drawing on his superior technical skills and business acumen, he was a valued consultant to clients and other professionals.
Mr. Perelson provided guidance and counsel to clients in all stages of development from entrepreneurs to large established companies. Further, he worked with the Firm's many not-for-profit clients assisting them to realize their goals. His commitment to clients and broad base of knowledge made him a trusted advisor and led to long-standing relationships. In that role, he assisted in assembling the clients’ team of bankers, attorneys and other professionals.

Mr. Perelson graduated cum laude from the Baruch School of City College.
