Ronald Weiner Awarded Honorary Doctor of Law

Perelson Weiner is proud to share with you a major honor for our Chair, Ronald G. Weiner. This past weekend Ron was the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Laws at the Babson College graduate ceremony.
In making the presentation, Ron's dedication to Babson, while a commitment over more than 45 years, was recognized as only one part of his involvement in communities and his reason for receiving the Honorary Degree.
A graduate of Babson, Ron is trustee emeritus, and currently serves as Chairman of Babson Global. Ron credits his Perelson Weiner's dedication to helping entrepreneurs, their families, and their businesses to his long association with Babson, the number one ranked college for Entrepreneurism in the United States. Babson maintains a global perspective with a diverse community representing over 125 countries.
Among Ron's many activities, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurism in Saudi Arabia. He was International Chair of the Board of the Chief Executives Organization is a trustee emeritus of the Citizens Budget Committee of New York. He is also a Vice Chairman of the Lighthouse Guild for the Blind and a Director of the Cancer Research Institute which is dedicated to immunological research.
Most recently he was president of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York. He was, among other things, Grants Committee Chairman for UJA Federation of New York, and chair of the Department of Inter-religious Affairs of the American Jewish Committee. He has also been a Wexner Fellow and a Fellow of the Adenauer Stiftung.
