Seong Hwang, CPA, has over 20 years of experience working with large accounting firms; most recently as the lead consultant for financial services companies and international businesses. His knowledge of complex issues facing high-net-worth individuals regarding international tax reporting for in-bound and out-bound assignees is critical for those with overseas business interests. He has assisted diversified clients in countries throughout the world, including Australia, India, Japan, the Netherlands, S. Africa, Switzerland, the U.K. and Hong Kong and Singapore.
Amanda Servedio, CPA, works extensively with high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts and estates, assisting them in developing tax strategies to fit their personal and family needs. Her broad industry knowledge includes personal service firms, retail and real estate and construction businesses. Amanda is a team player who assists in personnel development and training.
David Cherman, JD, LL.M., utilizes his master's in taxation to interact with state and federal agencies as well and consult with clients regarding international tax matters. He has successfully represented clients with IRS and New York State examinations and prepared individual and business financial disclosure documents for legal settlements as well as drafted trusts and wills.
