Splitting his time between the U.S. and the Firm's office in Israel, Mr. Eichen assists clients with complex business and tax matters and international activities. Mr. Eichen works with the taxation of closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, as well as commercial enterprises and not-for-profit organizations.
For Israeli entrepreneurs looking to establish themselves in the U.S., he provides tax guidance to seamlessly transition their business. Through his extensive work with network professionals, both in the U.S. and Israel, he is able to assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, evaluation of investments and trust and estate issues in a timely and efficient manner.
His forte is developing creative solutions to unusual tax matters. Additionally, Mr. Eichen's areas of tax expertise include issues related to real estate, partnerships, corporate multi- state issues, tax controversies, and international tax planning.
EDUCATION
Mr. Eichen earned a BBA with honors from Baruch College. He attended Baruch's MBA program in taxation and received a JD from New York Law School where he was the recipient of the Professor Albert Kalter award for excellence in Tax Law.
